Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds, if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

In the case of medical products these can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Midnight Moon reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. All transactions are charged in Botswana Pula, exchange rates are provided on our site as a courtesy and as an estimate only. For more accurate exchange rates please consult www.xe.net or a similar currency exchange website. Midnight Moon reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.

Customer Service Policy

Midnight Moon is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 7-10 business days, and up to 21 business days for international orders; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Midnight Moon shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, Midnight Moon, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:

a.) If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Sales Tax/ International orders

Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped.

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Midnight Moon is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific legal advice on import, import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Midnight Moon recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges and proceedures.

Midnight Moon is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned. Midnight Moon must be contacted to confirm the possibility of a return if and where applicable. It must be understood that some products can never be returned.

USA Law

Importation of any prescription drug (not necessarily a controlled substance) violates 21 USC, Section 301(aa), unless the following conditions are met (as listed in Section 804 [1-5]):

The drug is imported from a licensed pharmacy for personal use by an individual, not for resale, in quantities that do not exceed a 90-day supply;

The drug is accompanied by a copy of a valid prescription;

The drug is a prescription drug approved by the Secretary;

The drug is in the form of a final finished dosage that was manufactured in an establishment registered under section 510; and

The drug is imported under such other conditions as the Secretary determines to be necessary to ensure public safety
