Shipping Fees and Policies

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's’ such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Due to price fluctuation due to exchange rates and the like Midnight Moon cannot always offer price protection on already shipped products.

Midnight Moon will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Midnight Moon is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Midnight Moon bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Acts of God, Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complication/s caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.

Time frames

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Shipping times for international orders are estimated at between 7-21 business days.

Return Policy/Procedures

Midnight Moon must be contacted to confirm the possibility of a return if and where applicable. It must be understood that some products can never be returned.

Seizures (Customs)

Please contact us immediately via out help system if in the unlikely situation you have a shipment seized for whatever reason. We will then instruct you on procedures to remedy the situation. Please note that the only occasion the seizure will be considered is when a verifiable seizure notice has been sent to us, by you, in relation to your order.
